Mindanao Observatory for Human Rights

 

The Mindanao Observatory for Human Rights is a consortium of rural poor CSOs and human rights organizations established to monitor, document, and report attacks against Human Rights defenders especially with the declaration of Martial Law in Mindanao, Philippines.

Its lead organizations are the Rural Missionaries of the Philippines-Northern Mindanao Sub-Region (RMP-NMR), Inc., and the northern Mindanao formations of KARAPATAN Alliance for the Advancement of People’s Rights and the Union of People’s Lawyers in Mindanao (UPLM).
